Pal-Tech Services has been in the electronic service, installation and maintenance industry since July 1993. The business currently services all of North Queensland from the Burdekin region, north to the Cape and west to the Northern Territory border. Pal-Tech currently provides employment to 14 employees holding permanent positions.
As electronic equipment and innovations have advanced over the years, so has Pal-Tech growing along with some of the most modern electronics technologies in telecommunications and entertainment electronics and remanufacture sectors.
Hours of operation are from 8:00am until 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:00am until 2:30pm Friday. In addition we have technicians on call available for crisis and electronic breakdowns until 10:00pm every day of the year excluding Xmas Day and Good Friday. Technicians can be made available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week should a contract require the commitment.
Pal-Tech has a client customer base 12,000 strong and a client list exceeding 22,000 names. These names include national electronics manufacturers, national retail chains, independent service dealers, electronics distributors, third party maintenance companies, small business and consumers
Paul Lyon started Townsville born company Pal-Tech Services 19 years ago in 1993. Pal-Tech Services maintain and install specialised audio products, point of sale equipment and electronic gaming service machinery. Owner Paul, with the assistance and dedication of his staff evolved this service based business with the ever changing technology commencing with computer cabling and network administration, to mobile phone repair and currently services major gaming venue equipment and many national companies´ point of sale devices throughout Northern Queensland employing 18 people providing on-site support, 363 days per year.
We give back to the trade by employing 25 % of the work force as Apprentices.
